Do Hull usually set up that negatively away from home? 23:04 - Mar 3 with 1248 viewsDubtractor

Or was it just about playing to frustrate us?

That first half especially they barely tried to attack us with numbers at any point. A bit more threat when McBurnie came on, but even then he was often doing it with very little support.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

No, they do it at home too.

Just a dreadful team, no idea how they’re anywhere near the POs. Another indictment as to how poor this division is.

They're a really odd side having a really odd season

Alot of the fans before today spoke of winning but losing on all aspects of stats

I think they have scored something like 14 goals over their xg and conceded less than their xga.

This

I was astonished at how they set up. They are 5th! They’ve just won 5 in a row away from home! Awful football.

Bit of a disgrace that a team in the Championship promotion picture plays like that. EFL should dock them points really.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

Looking at Hull’s match day forum, I get the impression their team was set up to stop us. Some of them felt that especially second half they should have gone more toe to toe.

I was listening to a Hull commentary, and they said they (Hull) were more expansive against us (before we scored) than they were against Pompey.

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

Or working with what they have got?

Remember they couldn't even spend a penny this off season.

Set up solid and got a very good to very good striker at the level on a free, with a some talent mixed in from previous years. Fair play to their manager, if they make playoffs will be some achievement really.

Poll: Ok gut feeling then, promotion?
