If it was a full strength Stoke then maybe you'd have a point. But it was a Stoke team stripped bare by injuries and suspensions. To put ourselves behind the eight ball in the first place was ridiculous. And the defending which led to the penalty...

Exactly this. Stoke were obviously going to tire just look at their 11 and what they had on the bench. The first half was shambolic with some terrible individual performances. Showed some good resilience to get back on top but then reverted to all too familiar style defending we’ve seen too many times away from home.
The likes of Swansea Blue and other regulars on here calling me people Tvvats and telling people to F off because they have opinions is pretty sad to see. I hope they’ve got the same comments for Ben Bloom’s review after the watch along, or Dave from Blue Monday analysis of the game.
If you want automatic promotion you can’t go to a team reeling like this and gift them a load of goals. Stoke don’t do 3-3s, even when they’ve got their best players on the pitch. Like too many
times this year with what we have at our disposal, it wasn’t good enough, especially not when you’re the team trying to play catch up. We can leave it in officials hands at the death, or we can professionally get the job done. The lead up to the penalty was almost unbelievable. [Post edited 11 Mar 5:05]
