Yes, I think the kick was a second yellow so not dealt with as harshly.

When I read the headline that Davis was banned for violent conduct, I assumed he had lumped the appalling ref after the match as they left the field.
Not because he messed up some giants hair who then kicked him before falling over and crying to the ref.

So the ref admitted he missed the penalty incident (which could potentially cost promotion/millions of pounds in revenue for a club/our club) PGMOL admits Town should have had two penalties.

Obviously, now the game has finished, nothing can be changed about that. (Not even an apology)

Then, seemingly not hard done by enough, Town get retrospective punishment for a next-to-nothing incident that was started by the Leicester lad and ends in an innocuous push in retaliation.

What the hell is that all about?!

All available footage would have been reviewed from any camera the FA wished to use.
Apparently hair pulling has been a red card offence since Romero v Cucurella in 2022. Alfie May was sent-off for Huddersfield earlier this season for doing so.

Didn’t the Watford player get 3 games for absolutely lamping DoS in the face? How are those two things similar in levels of violence and therefore worthy of the same ban? This isn’t blinkered moaning. If I saw an oppo player in a different game getting 3 games for what leif did, I’d be thinking ‘blimey, bit OTT’. The sh1te against us recently is the difference between promotion or not.

The angle me and my mate were sat in Upper tier the hair pull was clear, Leif clearly pulled the guy's hair whilst keeping his eyes on the ball. To use the modern phrase would have been great sh1thousery, if he'd got away with it.
