A truly multi-polar world is the best I can come up with at the moment but regional hegemonies are unavoidable I think.
I think the best we can expect is an Orwellesque future with two of Oceania, Eastasia and Eurasia being at war with with the other for eternity.

It's just the market driving what he's saying isn't it? He said it all after the Asian markets were hugely down. Immediately the S&P open was up and oil was 10% down.
Iran have just come out and said there have been no direct or indirect talks with the US so seems he's stretching the truth as well.
