No - I would imagine that the number of workers referred to in the listing will be the number of workers who've been underpaid.
The top listing would equate to approximately £229 per affected employee, which would seem generally correct if, for instance, an uplift to NMW wasn't applied, or was applied incorrectly. [Post edited 19 Mar 10:55]

Although very different in that administration was forced upon us by circumstances outside of our control, not applying a NMW increase is well known and widely published well in advance and is all over the news broadcast's. So to miss paying it is not just a mistake, it is incompetence at the highest level. |  | | |
