Any word on what Norwich have planned? 17:15 - Mar 28 with 1919 viewsMarshalls_Mullet

I'm assuming a few thousand Farage masks will be on display on 11th April?

If I was the stadium announcer, I would be sorely tempted to announce Farage as No10 in the Ipswich line up....

A disco in Trunch village hall. What a fabulous name for a village - Trunch. I love that word.

They'll welcome Ashton to the Directors' box with a couple of thousand Musk-style roman salutes.

Considering they were 12th of the national name and shame list for not paying there staff minimum wage I’d imagine we can respond with:

‘You thieving bast****, you stole from your staff’

They advertise their Nest training centre on GB News regularly. So I would think they will keep quiet. They haven’t got room to speak.

If it was the other way around, the last thing we'd want is a stand full of Ipswich fans wearing Farage masks. I suspect there will be some cheeky songs/banter but they also can't be seen now with any reform paraphernalia without looking like ****s

Personally I think any football team with a kit like that would do well to keep quiet.

Considering the political views of the fanbase up there( forget the 'Golden triangle' where the Uni lecturers and self appointed left wing thinkers meet and dine, they're more likely to chair Ashton into the City! A right bunch up there, used to try and dig us out in the 70's/80's for our mixed race support, had a name for Ipswich using the N word, and are far more likely to vote Farage in than we would ever be! It really is the dark ages up there.

On the snow with Rupert Lowe is their latest boast.

Farage isn’t enough for them.

My god , stop worrying about what the scum are doing, who cares .

We have our own morons boasting of that.

Who cares what supporters wearing those p1ss coloured shirts think - assuming any of them do thinking. I’d have thought feeding and dressing without help taxes them to the limit.

And they’ll always have the memory of the sherry-guzzler Delia staggering about the pitch screeching.

I don't know what they have planned, but if it's anything other than losing by at least two goals I hope they are disappointed.

Poll: Should we have another poll on Ashton/Farage?

I couldn't care less what they've got planned. We're talking about a club that's had to row back from a sponsorship deal with a dodgy betting / porn site and been revealed to not pay its staff minimum wage in the last couple of years. They're hardly in any position to crow.

If they score then I imagine a chant of No Noise From The Farage Boys is quite likely.

But given the Yellow & Spleen army intimately embraced Liz Truss I would take any moral grandstanding with a digger's worth of salt.

Late last year Eastern Daily Press reported that Reform are polled to win all but three parliamentary seats in Norfolk at the next general election.

Ironically Norfolk is Nigel Farage's real spiritual homeland.
