It causes internal bleeding and tearing of the muscle, leading to severe pain, swelling, bruising, and restricted movement of the knee.’ Sure Matusiwa will be desperate to play on Saturday but I’d rather he missed one game rather than missing multiple games cos he’s been rushed back too soon.

If a dead leg restricts mobility, it clearly makes no sense to play him.

It’s a bruised muscle, he’s had days of rest. He’s playing.

Surely a dead leg is something you can either feel fine with or not? He can't make it any worse can he? So if he feels like he can run around for 90+ mins, let him play, I say.

Could barely walk on it for two weeks, and the first week I could hardly weight bear at all. Ended up out for about three weeks. Obviously I didn’t have the level of medical support someone like Matusiwa would have, but I didn’t do anything wrong and followed everything I was told. My god, I hope he's avaiable..

Well, he's not trained all week, so I'd say it's 50/50 at best.
| No way Matusiwa will miss Saturday on 09:07 - Apr 10 with 359 views | Herbivore | Having seen Norwich a few times since Clement took over we're going to need legs in midfield as they are pretty decent on the transition and get runners up the pitch. If Matusiwa isn't as mobile as usual I wouldn't risk him and would go with Neil and Taylor instead. | |

Personally, I'd play Nunez and Neil if Azor is absent. Let Nunez dictate the game from deep and play Mehmeti in the 10. As much as I'm not Mehmeti's biggest fan, I do think he could link up nicely through the lines with Nunez playing behind him.
