Really bloody annoyed
We were fine. But suicide after our goal. Greaves neil nunez all involved.
So baffled by our desperation for that 2nd goal with sending 6 players up and leaving gaping hole in midfield. That was poor imo. No need. They needed to win. At that point id have thought better off letting them come at us then hitting on break.
Final 10 minutes we should have won it. So close.
But so fken annoyed we had there and we blew it imo.
Saturday scared the sht out of me. We hit the self destruct button with this side so much.
V huddersfield and exeter i was so relaxed and knew we would do it. I cant feel it with this. Esp how we went about the game after the goal. Over excited. Suicidal football.
On we go. Let's hope we can do it.

I mean it wouldn't have been suicide if they had given a goal kick and then a throw in tomu in quick succession which were so obvious. The free kick goal is pretty lucky how it goes in so was harsh in my opinion.
I thought it was a really good away performance and we did enough to win it by the end. Furlong header, Clarke off post, disallowed goal and great save from Clarke in the last few mins. Gutted but really pleased the players showed up strong tonight in my opinion.
Saints would always have a spell in that second half. First goal should never have happened as I say and the second goal is just a brilliant bit of play to be honest. | |

To be fair, with their second goal, why did it matter? Draw or lose we're in the same basic position - need to beat QPR. So we might as well go for it.
I have a bigger issue with the lead up to the first goal. People may point the finger at Greaves' challenge, but the build up was so poor. We gave the ball away so easily. [Post edited 28 Apr 21:56]

I think the fact we drew & looked the more likely winner in the last 5 will give the team great confidence for Saturday, rather than if we'd gone into our shell after going 2-1 down. I am quietly confident about Saturday. |  |

Unnecessarily negative.
We were quite a lot better than "fine" against a team on a very long unbeaten league run and who played well against city on the weekend.
Many of their fans saying we were the best team they had seen at their ground in a long time.

Not just the form team in the league but I believe they have the best form in the country.
We really gave it a go tonight and were a superb save away from being in the prem now.
Great game and superb showing from everyone tonight, including the travelling fans who sounded great on the box.

Not really sure what you're saying... We had a point? Agree its annoying getting caught up the pitch, think Matusiwa lost his mobility hence the sub straight after.
Great game. I think the important thing today was to not put in a stinker and go into Saturday with the pressure of 3 teams and us being out of form. Play like that Saturday and we'll have no issues.

Not negative. We were fine. I cant say amazing because we gifted them their first goal and the 2nd and we had a lot of attacking opportunities where we chose the wrong option. The final spell tho as I already said was good.
If we win Sat. Tonight doesnt matter. But when weve come here got that first goal and then given them theirs its really bloody annoying. | |

I do think there's a difference between "playing keep ball" and making it difficult for them. I'd say we didn't really do the latter after the first goal. | |
