Players have 5 seconds to take throw-ins or goal kicks.: That penalises teams who play out from the back. We'll see more long goal kicks. Injuries: Players receiving treatment must leave the pitch for 60 seconds: I've always found it bizarre that the player who has been kicked is then penalised. If that is the case then the person who commits the foul should also leave the pitch for 60 seconds. VAR can intervene on mistaken second yellows: Happy with that.

Agree with the first two, but the third I think is a slippery slope. We will have a game where VAR correctly intervenes on a second yellow, but a player is sent off when VAR didn’t intervene for their first booking. Then it’ll intervene for all of them. Just scrap the bloody thing.

Any addition to what VAR can intervene for is damaging the game even further. As you say, just scrap the thing. I like the 8 second keeper rule, it gives the power back to the referee.

It isn't quite as clear cut as posted. From what IFAB have said: The law change is "If the referee considers that a throw-in or goal kick is taking too long or being deliberately delayed, a five-second visual countdown will be initiated. If the ball is not in play at the end of the countdown, the throw-in will be awarded to the opposing team while a delayed goal kick will result in a corner kick being awarded to the opponents." https://www.theifab.com/news/t [Post edited 2 May 23:03]

I look forward to the first instance of an overturned throw-in being overturned again because both teams took too long to take it!

Our revenue was 155m last season, so using those figures, for next season we'll be able to spend £131m which I'm assuming is better than the not losing the 105m over 3 years as is. You'd expect our revenue to be higher next season The question is do they only use the figures from next season or do they use some from a particular calendar year ? When obviously when our income has been lower this season
