| "I can't breathe" 07:35 - Jun 2 with 15152 views | BlueSmoke | The final words of Henry Nowak as he was handcuffed and bleeding out from 5 stab wounds. The footage should worry everyone of us. Government FORCED to make a statement. Could be a pivotal moment for this broken country. | | | | |

| "I can't breathe" on 14:26 - Jun 3 by waveneyblue | Can somebody please help here Ive tried to leave this alone since last night and it seems that the usual contenders are lining up to ridicule or abuse me. For christ sake even Frimmers has waded in. So, what is the etiquette here. Do I just ignore it and let it carry on, or do I answer back and get more. If somebody senior can advise, it will be most appreciated. Im actually being truthful, what am I supposed to do. |
My advice would be to not jump two-footed into every discussion and act like it is always some elses fault you can't have a civil conversation. Change that and things will sort themselves out in time. Change, and people's perception of change, happen at different speeds. You also don't need to respond to every single post. Comes across like you are unhinged.

| "I can't breathe" on 14:34 - Jun 3 by MattinLondon | Probably best if you just leave the post alone, log out of here for a couple of days and do other stuff. Return with a clear head and either, don’t get wound-up or don’t wind others up (or both). [Post edited 3 Jun 14:37]

Not getting the point. Im absolutely fine, I just need to know if im supposed to let everyone have a pop with no response. Theres about 7 of you who think they run this place, so Im asking. I tried to leave it alone (clearly can be seen) and the usuals just carried on. So i need clarification of the etiquette involved. [Post edited 3 Jun 14:45]

Just do what you want, and stop pretending there is some form of board mafia running the place because it is making you look unhinged

| "I can't breathe" on 16:15 - Jun 3 with 599 views | DJR | This is what the trial judge said to the defendant. "Another consequence of those lies is that the attending police officers honestly believed that there were reasonable grounds for suspecting Henry had committed an offence and arrested him with the consequence he was handcuffed for about a minute before his condition further deteriorated and the arresting officer began CPR. The police were given a convincing but wholly false narrative of the incident. It was dark and Henry was wearing a dark top. The entry damage caused by the knife through it, would not have been obvious. Whilst there was visible blood on Henry, it would not have clearly been seen coming from that wound and the clearly visible facial wound was not lifethreatening. Henry was complaining that he had been stabbed and was struggling to breathe but that would not have necessarily told the officers how serious the situation had become. It is the experience of the criminal courts that sometimes, someone arrested and handcuffed will feign injury in the hope they may be released. These police officers were faced with having to make quick decisions in pressurised circumstances about the best way to act. The genuine shock to the particular police officer, when he realised that he had been giving CPR to Henry when he had a serious chest wound tends to show that he was doing his best in a very difficult situation." | | | |

It is more likely you have a group of people who quite often disagree with your point of view and when they express it you get defensive. Additionally, quite often you will take out of context swipes as particular posters and then switch into victim mode when they give their rebuttal. In this case, the usual offenders as you put it - is quite often you. Right to free expression comes with people to have a right to express their opinion on your points too (the royal your). So, instead of coming across like your bigger brothers are picking on you - why not try something other than taking a turd on the dinner table and then complaining about the people who don't like the smell. My top tip would be to not reactivate the thread at 8:09 when it was happily disappearing into the ether. Top work though on making a thread about the murder of a young man all about you.
