Peanuts are great for your health.

Unless you have an allergy to them of course.

And as somebody who liked a 'rave' back in the day I think you'll recognise the DNA in this track. Especially when the volume is tuned right up.

Lennon does the vocals and McCartney is responsible for the tape loops, effects and backwards guitars. All held together with a steady beat from Ringo.

I like that, would never have guessed it was The Beetles if heard it randomly. Hard to believe it's 50 years old.

Had to look the term peanut gallery up. AI says:

‘The phrase "peanut gallery" refers to a group of people who offer unwanted, unhelpful, or critical opinions. It is typically used to dismiss unsolicited advice or persistent heckling from those who are not directly involved in a situation’

Is that what you meant? If so, it’s not very nice. I don’t like peanuts either.

The garden is growing very nicely thanks to the rain in the last week. Everything is looking green and lush and even one my sad looking cucumber plants has perked up and is on the road to recovery. The lobelia is just coming into flower too and the butts are full..

By that definition, bartyg, author of the comment, is also in the‘peanut gallery’.

Indeed. Especially with very little football to talk about.

Some great music threads, a bit of transfer speculation, some international football chat. Everybody getting along.

My irony meter just exploded again. I don't think anyone in the history of TWTD has posted more political threads than GlasgowBlue!

Trust the process. Trust Phil.
