if that's a penalty then why was Neymar still on the pitch. Already had a yellow for a dirty tackle then started pushing Oodegard and inciting the two teams for no reason other than he is frustrated hes not the most technically gifted player on the pitch anymore.
Do i think that it should be a second yellow, no. But if you're giving penalties for that then yes I do. The absolutely only reason a FIFA ref awarded a penalty is that Neymar is on a lot of sponsors products.
