We are still in the market for players in a couple of areas, top talent, players we wouldn't have been able to attract in the past. A lot of work has gone on to convince players that this is the right place for them this summer. Ipswich is a fantastic club which doesn't need selling, but when you're newly promoted there's the concern about relegation.
Number nine shirt to be filled? Emersonn and Chuba have had really good pre-seasons, we may be able to add another number nine in the next week or so. | | | |

New building fantastic, excellent for attracting players. But the little old one produced three promotions, there's a reason for that, it worked well. We've got to adjust, keep the same culture. If you focus too much on this place and new arrivals, you can lose that culture. As I say, Dara, Darnell, boys who have been here a while have helped with that.
With turnover we've had, there's been no real disruption in the group. Conscious of that, meant shopping on the continent as well as in the UK. Good group, toughest transition in world football, worked tirelessly. Meeting tomorrow to remind players, but work has been done. | | | |
