Personally, i'd love O'neil to work with Jaden as a potential RW option to rotate with Fatawu, to have the two rotating would be excellent. I feel when we see a Mcateer switch, the football almost changes completely on that side of the pitch. |  |

Jaden needs a charm coach. He’s done enough here to be a Town cult hero for ever more, but all the shenanigans with his in and out transfers just come across as him being a bit of a twonk. What he doesn’t realise is that most of us actually want to love him and all he needs to do is stop sulking and kiss his the badge a couple of times instead of doing the silly ear waggle and he’ll have us in his pocket. Cost us what.....£17-£20m and people don't think he's good enough to be involved?
I think Maeda/Philogene is a nice left side. I also would like to retain Clarke as he can also cover that side and the 10.
That's not an 'easy' upgrade imo.
Philogene and Clarke are both fast and both have bags of skill. I know both aren't considered physical, but if Maeda can run a full back ragged 70 mins or so...it's a good combo imo. |  | | |
