Does getting promoted save you a fair bit of cash, or because of the increase in matchdays, even with less fixtures, you don't really see a saving? | |

I reckon overall it must be a saving.
8 less league games after all, and don’t have the travel to far flung places, Premier League is mostly in the major cities, London, Liverpool and Manchester that’s 10 away games covered straight away.
I pay less more my ticket, £30 cap is good, but pay more for my boys, £29 at OT last week for example, probably works out the same overall, depending on what the rest will charge for him. Man City was £20 today.

I watch Norwich play in the Championship. Not the same, but wanting to see them lose keeps me in touch with the Championship. We lose 8 league games in the PL compared to the Championship. The PL is all set up for big clubs who top up their number of games played by playing in Europe or going deep in domestic Cups. We're just filler and fodder.
We have too much time on our hands and sit around more between games and talk too much sh1t. We've only played 3 games and I'm bored already with the chat. Too much time means too many rabbit holes and being too anal. | | | |

Can't beat the Championship. Pl is horrible, everything geared towards the broadcasters (which I get with the obscene amounts they pump in). It's great seeing the top players, but it doesn't excite like the lower leagues, and there's just not enough games for us bottom feeders. |  |
