About to make a cheese and ham toastie, with a sprinkle of oregano (fancy), on sourdough bread.

	I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

I've become obsessed with making 'breakfast bowls' so I had one for lunch.

Natural yoghurt, mixed berry compote with a mix of seeds, nuts and dried fruit.

I think I could live on these.

I sometimes mix some diced chorizo into the beans, so i can pretend I'm a bit cheffy.

No chorizo here but I melt a large knob (ooo-err) of butter in mine, and cook on the hob for 15mins or so until they’ve thickened and turned a kind of electric orange, beautiful

Cheese sandwich. I didn't fancy falafel today.

A cheese sandwich for me too. And a mug of strong tea. Strength 6 cheddar, good quality butter and even yesterday’s bread is ok.

Now and again something really simple like that just hits the spot.

Well, the quiche, bistro style salad, bagel (awful things), Sesame Street seeds and honey mustard sludge can all go in the bin.

The balsamic onion and roasted garlic may remain. Just add something nice thing to mangle with it, eat at a reasonable hour and you’ll feel good about life and Jay Tabb.
