Fatawu should have hit it first time but he clearly wasn't comfortable on his right foot.
He also riled the Palace players & fans by putting the ball out near the corner after they had kicked it out for an injured player. |  |

Hoped they would of shown Emerson’s when he done 2 defenders and had a shot which hit the side netting, could possibly of squared it, but the skill alone deserved to be seen imo |  |

I don't think we were awful, more that Palace were giving it a right good go to equalise and then win in front of their home fans against newly-promoted (and possibly relegation-avoiding rival) opposition. |  |

The bit about Scherpen is factual I accept that, the first part is rather harsh though written as if Scherpen constantly passes to the opposition.
Even if Emmerson was going for goal I wouldn't say the goal was lucky compared to Palace's opener which took a deflection, but is not described as lucky. | |

Completely agree. Get shots off and get crosses in the box and goals can happen. There may be an element of luck to some of those goals, but it's not exactly a new phenomenon, is it?
