I don't think you're far off, but Marcus Evans is no longer a shareholder. Phil confirmed this a while ago.

It's a lot more like a standard business structure (a network of investors) than the traditional football model, of a single (or family) owner. A product of the way football finance has both inflated and grown up in the last two or three decades. Perhaps the fact that, for a serious push, it is beyond what even very wealthy individuals are capable of. Heck, they are competing with sides backed by entire nation states.
Also interesting is the measured and relatively benevolent way they have handled making a return on the investment. Helped hugely, of course, by cleverly buying low and putting the required money in to massively increase value. Not the Glazer approach of loading us with debt to repay the purchase fee, nor by asset stripping (the Borough owning the land provides a safeguard with that), or even the nuclear option of selling the whole club, but by gradually selling off stakes to other investors, carefully picked and none of whom have gained outright control.
Gives a good return to the early investors, spreads the load and gives a wide group of people with a vested interest in ITFC doing well. Plus if any lose interest and want to bail out, continuity and minimisation of upheaval is assured. |  |

Given they paid what has been estimated as around £40m for the club and it was valued at $450m (£340m) in late 2025, that is an eight and a half-fold increase.
Selling just under 12% of their original shareholding at that rate would have recouped the original investment. More than that is profit - tho offset against that will be the money put in to finance the club (wages, transfer fees, Portman Rd infrastructure, the new training ground, land purchases, etc.). If they're down to 10% now, ORG/Arizona PSPRS have sold more like 80% of their original stake (Gamechanger had some, Evans retained a share), tho quite a bit would have been at a lower valuation than the 2025 figure. Even with the extra expenses, they are likely to be well in profit.
