Not seen it myself, but read online that AB had made a statement about that Danny T (something) being racist. (caused damage to a boat? apologies if that's really vague on the info)
Was my understanding that if someone is to go to court the trial/person can't be discussed, due to it then being an unfair hearing.
I would say that the PM saying something like that about you, on national TV, will sway a jury/judge. And could possibly see it thrown out if his team argue the case for him.
To clarify, I absolutely am not in support of that gentleman, just purely pointing out the situation. |

I suspect he means Shabana Mahmood rightly pointing out Daniel Thomas having a history of racist behaviour - which was said before he decided to film himself breaking his bail conditions.
