Garner was a pretty average/poor player who play acted to an embarrassing extent - albeit he was a pain to play against.

Have a day off, he'd certainly be in our team at the moment and we may have more points on the board imo. He holds the ball up, occupies 2 defenders and takes the pressure off the back 4. Hes exceptional in the air defensively and in an attacking sense, a goal record of virtually 1 in 3 is a good return, and in reality you just dont like him as he bends the rules of the game. We've needed a player to do that for years, every other team seems to have 1 or 2 of them and we're nice soft Ipswich. | | | |
