In all seriousness though, has to be a good thing. And really goes to show that our best chance of actually making money to build a competitive squad in the current world of football is to actually take a punt on players who have the potential to improve and be sold for a profit...

...there is a difference between "investment" and "running costs".

Any cash we get is used to cover running costs and not used as investment.

An "Investment" is a financial commitment that will produce a a more valuable outcome at a later date.

That hasn't/isn't happening.
