Physio recommendation 14:00 - Jan 7 with 1225 views

Be grateful if anyone has a physio recommendation.
Struggling with back and leg injuries that need some professional help.
Used to go to Simpson just off the London rd but not sure he’s there any more?

If you were in central London I know a couple of good ones.....

I'm sure someone will come up with some locally but if not then your GP should be able to recommend some.

I would recommend using the NHS self referral system as a starting point. They do appointments at the old riverside clinic.

The private ones can be good (sportsmedeast are decent) but you'll see your bank balance take a massive hit.

I found the NHS self-referral system excellent.
