If you can get yourself in with a manager (like TC, Liddell, Bowman), you'd surely never want to venture out and become a manager yourself would you? As Chico said, great pay, no pressure, travel all the world/country all expenses paid, and you'll get a decent severance package if the manager is sacked also.
