Those blue/white face masks 16:29 - Jul 22 with 1163 views

The ones that lots of people wear.

Bought a pack the other day as I needed to cover my face on public transport. Seems silly not to use them now.

So - are they reuseable? Can you wash them? If disposing of them - recycle bin or other bin?

It should say on the packaging if they're reusable. If it doesn't say, assume they're not reusable.

If they're reusable, they're washable.

If none of this applies, put discarded masks in the landfill bin. They should be, I think, bagged separately from the rest of your rubbish to avoid contamination,

If you have some lead-lined containers, so much the better.

They are disposable. But if you only Use it for popping into Tesco for ten minutes then I’m sure you can use them more than once.
