That looks like an ammo dump (or vessel carrying ammunition, looking at other posts). First the flickering of individual rounds going off, then a big explosion.
Currently, Lebanon is going through a serious economic crisis, on top of being only marginally stable politically. Hopefully this does not presage things kicking off.
Tho it might be Hizbollah trying to circumvent arms embargoes to Syria by shipping them therough their networks in Lebanon.

Certainly looks that way, lots of minor secondary explosions before the big one goes off.

Seeing loons claiming to have seen Israeli jets in the area already.
F*ck humanity, let's nuke the planet from orbit and let the cockroaches take over.
Far too big an explosion for any conventional bomb the Israelis - or any other airforce, for that matter - could deliver. Not enough heat and light for a nuclear weapon (even a small one). Plus it doesn't explain the precursor fire, complete with sparkly bits suggesting the official explanation of a fireworks factory is correct*.
That looks like fireworks. The Beirut one has the crackling of something going off closer to ground level but not the higher rocket-type fireworks. Doesn't mean they're not of course.
