Probably because he reckons that whoever he’s talking to at BBC Scotland won’t say to him, “New season for your own club. What do you say to anyone wondering how you’re still in a job after a failed relegation battle and a massively cocked up promotion campaign. Not to mention these rumours that you have no relationship with your players.”

I just don't understand Lambert on 12:00 - Sep 2 with 1327 views
He loves talking about Celtic and Dortmund. If the Star contacted him for an interview based on his time at Dortmund and promised no Ipswich questions he would do it.
This quote mildly irks me: "But it will be the first time in his career that he is going to have to win every game. That's the difference."
We should be aiming to win every game. Especially in the context of being a league one side with an excellent squad (on paper). Perhaps he could stop banging on about the pressure at Celtic and try and bring some of their standards to Ipswich.

There's fook all pressure at Celtic. You only have to worry about beating one bloody team each season.
I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
