I don't get this. Ultimately, yes he's the problem, but, Evans isn't the one refusing to change system, and continuing to play out of form players like Judge and Sears.

4,000 will be worse for our players and management than the usual 19,500 - 20,000 we get for home games as they’ll be able to hear the individual comments from the fans. Keep playing like we are they’ll quickly prefer that the fans remain away from PR. You can imagine it could get quite toxic rather quickly even with that smaller number in attendance.
