The Kayden Jackson comment on 23:15 - Dec 15 with 2074 views | pointofblue | Jackson had to tell Lambert he could play there? It wasn’t tried in training or picked up as part of coaching? Ruddy hell.

I'm starting to think he might not be the man for the job.

The Kayden Jackson comment on 23:26 - Dec 15 with 1979 views | tractordownsouth | I think if we're going to play 4-3-3 then Jackson wide right isn't the worst idea because it effectively gives us another frontman for Hawkins to play off whilst keeping the 3 in midfield.

It's also something many of us have been suggesting for about 6 months but bizarrely the manager has only decided to give it a go because Kayden had a word and said he could give it a go.

The Kayden Jackson comment on 23:42 - Dec 15 with 1902 views | LankHenners | Everything he says makes it sound like he’s just going through the motions, just mumbles out a load of nonsense whilst shrugging his shoulders. He’s not motivated to do the job and that clearly feeds through to the players.

He's never been motivated to genuinely coach, motivate or formulate tactics. The only difference now is that he's been stopped pretending that he's been actually interested in doing his job in the first place and stopped all the stuff that earned him the title 'FOPRP'. Nowadays, he's just 'FOP'. [Post edited 16 Dec 2020 0:16]

Yesterday!! Jackson told him yesterday and he said he’d give him a shot. That genuinely in Sunday League stuff. He’s a striker, play him as a striker. We are down to bare bones, go 4-4-2 and keep things simple, work off Hawkins, that was when we looked most dangerous tonight. Hit the target man and play our football in their final third, not pass around the back then hit a lone striker who has no support.

It's not difficult is it?......unless your name is Paul Lambert of course.
The Kayden Jackson comment on 10:49 - Dec 16 with 1346 views | X0Y0 | Also despite Lambert indicating in the summer that he didn't think Jackson suited the system and could play out wide. Clueless.

In Lambert's defence maybe Jackson hadn't told him he could?

You wouldn’t have thought so, I’m not Pep Guardiola, I played football in the academy for a few years, and that’s it. This man is supposed to have won the Champions League! And yet he is constantly trying to over complicate a simple division.

The Kayden Jackson comment on 14:00 - Dec 16 with 1101 views | Radlett_blue | We may be reading too much into a possibly tongue in cheek, throw-away comment. Yes, a few of us (me included) suggested that if we are going to play 4-3-3, Jackson is better suited to wide right than as a lone central player.
