I've just watched the first Paul Cook ITFC interviews. What a warm, open, enthusiastic bloke, I'll bet his players love playing for him. Not making a complete comparison obviously, but I found something of the Bobby Robson in him in the almost childlike enthusiasm in the eyes and head movements. Very important attributes for a football manager to have.
