Why would he
We need time for Paul to get his way into the team. With barely any training time it makes no sense to change systems you'll never get anywhere.
Some people are watching these games with playoff glasses on. I ain't. I'm watching to see how players take ti Paul's efforts and so far there are positive signs

Unfortunately the new manager believes the same as the previous one...one up top is the way to go. But we just dont have the players to support Norwood quickly enough. It's really frustrating...nothing has changed in terms of formation. |  |

The ability of players not to give needless free kicks away.
The ability of being able to mix it up in midfield and change the pace to the game.
Players making themselves available and making space. Unfortunately we havent made the most of it as yet but theres alot less static players | |
