It would be peak ITFC 21st Century for them to think they've bought the land at PR when they've actually bought the training ground. I can't imagine (hope!) they'd be that daft though. And as Muncher says, the lack of land registry searches shows there's been no intent there. |  |

PR is also an Asset of Community Value which places some restrictions in any sale, can’t be done without notice and allowing community a chance to buy it I think.
