So if Wembley is at 75% capacity in a couple of weeks time... 07:02 - Jun 23 with 3049 viewsbluelagos

Fair to assume Portman Rd will be good to go for us all in August?

Comeon the Towen, let's get it rocking :-)

There is still clearly a mis-understanding about what is happening on 19th July.

The Government are merely passing on the management of the Covid issue to local businesses and local councils. Track and trace will still exist and if there is a case, those businesses might still need to shut or have limitations put on their operation.

It isn't "Freedom Day" or whatever other right-wing name is popular this week

Given recent history it's probably not a good idea to make such assumptions :).

Let's not get too excited. Chances are we'll be back in lockdown come September.

What are you on about? Manipulative lie? For what purpose?

The context has totally changed, we didn't have an Alpha variant then let alone a Delta variant.

Are we really going to pretend that vaccination wasn't pushed as a means to end lockdown restrictions?

I continue to have aimless morons phoning about their "non-covid cough" and despite phone triage, forgetting to mention their temperature and just popping in.
16 months later and I am plagued by idiots.
Never mind, you can kill granny beside you if I open normally.

It was pushed as a means to stop people dying.

Relaxing restrictions was a secondary factor.

In most cases granny has now been double jabbed so the ‘don’t kill granny’ angle is not quite as resonant as before.
