Playing every other game 11:10 - Jul 31 with 712 viewschrismakin

How would you feel if you played every other game?

I was just looking at our new squad and the number of attacking options we have and its not like we have 'cover' signings, they are all starters really..

Do you think it might be a plan to switch it quite a bit?

And see it that as long as everyone learns the shapes etc then it should be possible to swap players around with ease... or is a regular starting 11 key....

I've no idea what PC is going to do.

No. PC is known for keeping the same side as much as possible - more power to it; consistency is key.

Have to account for having a few significant medium-term injuries each season, though, on an average year — and we need to keep the quality levels up when that happens. It's why another CM is an absolute priority.

I just hope we have a settled back four and consistent holding midfielders (Evans and Harper?). I’d think Pigott would be a key figure in the front four, maybe Burns, too. The others will have to fight it out but it does look like we’ve got good attacking options from the bench.
I don’t think these players came here to sit on the bench. They’ll have to grab their chance when they can.

I'd be pretty chuffed at my age and with my slightly diminished athletic ability.

Would expect the back seven to play full 90 mins most weeks and use the bench to rotate the front four. Fresh legs as the opposition tire.
