to log in to your favourite message board every day and discuss the ins and outs of a succesful winning football team. There are probably lots of posters on here who have never had the opportunity to experience that, I feel for them.
It gets so tiring reading the same sh1t different day threads on here ad infinitum, and don't get me wrong, they are completely justified, but just imagine being able to discuss long unbeaten runs, how we could turn two goal victories into three goal victories, who we could maybe sign to move us up on to a different level of success, imagine being able to discuss winning something! Anyfookinthing.

I am, and it was what was running through my mind. I'm old enough to remember 78 and to have seen every home game, plus many away in '81, sad to say I'd settle for a real assault on the top 6 of the Champ these days but it seems a world away for us, money or no money. | |

Although that was only after we had got through the whole "Scowcroft is crap, why is Burley playing him?" stuff and also the "Burley has bottled the play-offs again, he should be sacked."
