We quite like the Bosh books, we have a couple and they don't get used all the time but when we cook something new it's often from one of them, and we have stuff from them that we now rotate in.

If you want quick stuff to do then the Joe Wicks veggie lean in 15 isn't bad, though it's not got the range we would do that the Bosh ones have.

This is the views of a meat eater btw, though I never cook with meat at home.

The Bosh ones are Vegan and excellent.

Seconded, grew up a fair bit of food from this - think there’s a great Moussaka in there.
I’m a carnivore really but my mum went veggie in the 80’s and Crank’s was her go to.
