I would imagine if someone used a Sous vid (spelling) you could probably pull it off with a not so prime cut too. I suspect this steak was done in a sous vid bath with a quick sear at the end.

I am the same way actually, even heathy breathing has me getting pretty pissed off. Its annoying as how can someone justify being angry about someone breathing.

Thanks everyday is a learning day. I wouldn’t say I get angry just skin crawling - can’t listen. And it’s mainly microphone based stuff- particularly radio food tasting! Ugh

I tried, I really tried to watch this right through. But as others have said, the chomping and slobbering into the mike was just too much for me. My skin actually started to creep ... I can’t quite describe what that does to me. It’s the same when Mrs V eats an apple near me - I just have to get out of the room until she’s finished.
