It's important tonight in the sense that it's a team below us, and we're at home (against a side that has only won twice away all season in the league) and therefore it represents a really good opportunity to get points on the board.
However, it's clearly not as massive as games against those in and around the playoffs. I'd rather lose tonight and beat Oxford next month (for example) than the other way round.
I think we can afford to have a high level of confidence about tonight. We've won all four home games under our current boss, and we've not conceded in the last 4 games. We really shouldn't be losing to Cheltenham at anything other than National Hunt racing, and even then that's only cos the Suffolk Punch is too big to jump fences! |  | | |
