Woolfenden was colossal, again. 22:41 - Mar 8 with 1505 viewsDubtractor

An absolutely awesome performance from him.

To think that we were picking Toto ahead of him, and were going to let him go in January. That was almost negligent management of the team wasn't it?

Agree, he didn't put a foot wrong and looked an attacking threat tonight.

I think that, to be entirely fair on Lambert and Cook, Nsiala suited the system being played by those two better than Woolfenden. McKenna is utilising a system that works for the players he has at his disposal. He is getting much better from Donacien, Edmondson (and I suspect we will see Burgess) too (along with attacking and midfield players as well).

Cook had the same players at his disposal.

He was a completely inept coach who has cost us another season in this league.

There’s no system on earth that Nsiala is a better bet in than Woolfenden

I take it you won’t be voting for Nsiala as POTY this year then Joe from that response?

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

I hope he's ok.. Didn't look 100% last 15mins....
He's a lot quicker than I'd previously given him credit for. And reads the game , so well, too..
Love those , occasional, surging, forward bursts...
Weirdly, for me.. Although Burns has been great. I think we can cover Burns more easily than Woolfy atm... Of the two of those.. I'd be slightly more concerned if it was Woolfy that had to miss the next game. Given the other possible absentees for Portsmouth game, too.
Both looked a bit "limpy" at the end of tonight's match....

But, overall, yes, Woolfy has been reborn ,and then some, under KM...

he just brings it down on his chest with players around him, and casually walks into CM and beyond.... absolutely fantastic from him of late.

and i did hear yesterday from a mate of his, that PC left him out because he challenged PC over having Jeffers as a defensive coach....

We’ll be good again... one day

And the frequent target of « supporters’ «  bile, just like Jackson. Vile, intolerant ‘supporters’ are just as responsible for Town’s decline as inept managers and owners.

Having watched a few other teams in my time, I'd hazard as a guess that most clubs suffer from intolerant supporters - the worst I've witnessed being Arsenal fans. As frustrating as these morons are, I don't think Ipswich is any worse than most.

No, not at all. We've got our fair share, but we're not unique by any stretch.
