I appreciate it comes down to availability, price and some other personal reasons around access etc but if you could pick anywhere in the home end to sit - what would be the worst choice?
Or equally - which area of the ground do you look at and think ‘who on earth would choose there?’
Upper corners of the Sir Alf for me. No atmosphere, usually shooting away second half for the key minutes of the game and can barely see the goalmouth action, long walk up, I could go on. |  | | |  |

Lower tier Cobbold I'd imagine?... used to start and on the old terrace as a 12 y/o ona crate against the boundary wall but can't imagine it's much fun to sit on the first couple of rows especially in the wind and rain? |  | | |

I'm normally in SBRL section 4, but for Rotherham was in upper Magnus block O.
Nice view, but other than that thought the facilities were pretty poor comparatively. Not enough toilets, catering and felt like a bit of a maze. Also felt deathly silent.
Won't ever be back there after one game, couldn't imagine a season there |  |

In the SARL they have single seats, right next to the concrete entrance/exits, if the ball is too far to the left and you’re under 6’ I doubt you can even see what’s happening |  |

The rake is terrible in Cobbold lower, but I would suggest anywhere in the middle tiers in Magnus are poor as everyone leans forward when the ball goes into the corners on the near side and you cant see anything. Great sideline view other times. There are some dodgy seats in the SBR lower adjacent to the Magnus where your view is of the side of the Magnus stand, then there is the RV seats in the Magnus upper.
I enjoy sitting behind the goal in the upper tiers. Can happily sit back and watch entire game with no view obscured at all. |  |

My ideal seat would be bang centre of the goal, in the bottom half of the upper tier of SBR. Can watch the game unfold, pick up formations and movement better than anywhere else IMO. If we had a Kop, I'd stand 2/3rds of the way up.
I always wonder why people choose to sit in the first few rows around the corner flag. Surely you miss anything down your touchline in the other half of the feild. |  | | |

Sat in GG (Lower West Stand) a couple of time this year with one of my kids. Basically about a quarter of the pitch is obscured by Kieran patrolling his technical area.
He's only little, can only imagine what it was like when BFJ was manager! |  | | |

That lower tier is awful.
I get why managers have dug outs half way up the stands now.
