My mum was born in Gt Yarmouth and most of her family still live in and around there. It got knocked about a bit by the Luftwaffe, so I’m not surprised the odd UXB is still there.
As a kid I’d stay there for a bit of the summer and there was plenty to do, but it was a bit of a hole. When I showed Mrs C it after not being there since 1981, it hadn’t improved. Dump.
Edit: The first places in Britain bombed from the air were Gt Yarmouth and Kings Lynn by Zeppelin in January 1915.
