Guthrum's Estimated Final Table on 00:53 - Mar 8 with 1283 views | Kropotkin123 | I thought the usual rules were the last 6 form table across the remaining games. But that puts us on 94.6r points or ((14/6)*11)+69. So I was thinking it must be the 8 game form table over the remaining 11 games, which is 93.75 points or ((18/8)*11)+69. Can you remind me of the rules? [Post edited 8 Mar 2023 0:53]

Guthrum's Estimated Final Table on 02:28 - Mar 8 with 1208 views | Illinoisblue | So you’re saying we’ll lose only 1 more game yet still miss out on autos by six points? Damn. It’s a cruel game.

Guthrum's Estimated Final Table on 06:18 - Mar 8 with 1062 views | Chrisd | We’ve been in terrific form recently scoring goals for fun and conceding next to nothing, but when you look at the form table, Wednesday are still higher than us and Plymouth only a point behind over the last 6 games. Sadly, really can’t see either of those teams faltering and their run ins look more favourable than ours - on paper.

The average weighting is screwed really. We have just played cannon fodder and the next 7 only beat Derby and Shrewsbury in the reverse fixture. And the teams are pushing for the playoffs instead of relegation. But I think with the January transfer players brought in and the slight tweak with our tactics we should get more points this time around. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Longer form than that. However many games remaining (for each team), that length of form reflected forwards to the end of the season. Gives a longer perspective over a greater variety of opponents, while avoiding problems of awkward multipliers and rounding.
