On ifollow the camera angle didn't show the start of Davis' run so not sure the highlights will help much. It didn't look like he would have been offside but there were no serious complaints from the players.

It struck me that those in the box were level with or behind the ball when it was crossed, so couldn't be offside. But it may be difficult to tell exactly from the camera angle.

Linesman was definitely signalling that it was Davis that was offside, rather than anyone in the box. He looked on from where I was, but as others have said, there were very few complaints.
Right in front of me, and I’m convinced Davis had to run from behind his man. I remember thinking at the time that the pass was a bad one as it gave Davis far too much ground to make up. I wasn’t in lino mode though!

From where I was sitting he was clearly onside. He had to run past the Cheltenham player to get the ball, there were a few grumbles around me of it being a bad pass as it didn't look like he was going to get past the player to get the ball.

From where I was I also thought davis has to overtake their player, the linesman on that side had an absolute shocker all game so I’m certain it was onside.

Yeah, I thought the ref might be quite decent early on but was pretty erratic after that early booking. Morsy's looked harsh, definite foul but wasn't expecting a card.
He did, at least, seem aware of Cheltenham looking for cheap free kicks for the most part though.

Looking at it on the full match replay, it was Luongo who makes the through ball, but as Davis isn't in the shot when the ball is played, it is impossible to tell from the video whether he was offside.

Seemed a typical League 1 ref - no real consistency to what counted as a foul or a booking which made things a bit stop start at times.

I'm not sure but I think that booking might have been for blocking the quick free kick rather than the shirt tug.

Right in front of me in the side stand. He was nowhere near offside. It wasn't even close.
We said the same.
Davis seemed to run beyond two Cheltenham players.
Only thing we could think was that, whilst we were watching Davis, there'd been a foul by Hirst or someone else in the box.
They took the free kick centrally but flag was definitely up for offside so looks like a horrific call from the assistant.
He also managed to miss a ball that went a yard out of play inches from him too though, so you can't expect him to be able to see Davis is clearly on from a full 40 yards away.

Nope. The camera position at Cheltenham doesn't show Leif. I'm wondering if we might have caught it on the 'Town in Five' camera.

The Alex Griffin video (at about 12.20) shows the incident but only when Davis gets to the ball. Alex does shout out, however, "how's he offside?".
The video does, however, have a good view of the Harness miss (at about 12.05), and the Harness penalty appeal (at about 12.30), for those who only saw them on I-follow.

The Harness miss was side on to me, so I had no idea how bad it was 🫣. Shame that doesn’t pick up the start of the move for the disallowed goal.
