I hated it in the World Cup and I’ll hate it this season, whether we’re hanging in or chasing a game. 13 minutes is almost 1/3rd of a half. Bloody ridiculous. If they wanted to tackle time wasting they could at source by billing players, or have a ball in play system with shorter halves.
