That second goal was straight off the training ground... 08:47 - Dec 11 with 1607 views | tractorboy1978 | If you watch it back, from the moment Woolfy shapes up to pass that into Hirst's feet, Hutchinson knows exactly what is going to happen. Chaplin know which way Hirst is going to turn and takes a couple of steps inside. He instinctively knows exactly where Hutchinson is going to run and puts it into the space. And Hutchinson's movement is perfectly timed. I wouldn't mind betting that routine has been practiced several times on the training ground. The level we are playing at is ridiculous. The players are so well coached/prepared for each game it is silly. We seem to have 1/2 different set piece routines each week that usually work.

I'm quite happy for managers to keep thinking that. And we'll keep taking the points, thanks very much!
| Trust the process. Trust Phil. |

A few managers have now made that comment along the lines; 'you can see they've been together a long time now, they have a natural understanding' That's the potential danger of changing the team/squad too much in Jan. Bring in too many and it could take weeks to get that same understanding and what will the results be during that period?
That second goal was straight off the training ground... on 08:57 - Dec 11 with 1531 views | Steve_M | It's not going to make the top ten of our goals this season given the quality elsewhere but I really enjoyed that one. The weight on that pass was perfect and the finish nearly as good, it also had that bit of anticipation as he shot so every Town fan there was ready to celebrate as it hit the net. It felt like a very loud cheer at the time.

Unreal composure by Hutch though, especially with the whistle.

There is that understanding that only comes with familiarity. Robsons team 79-82, Burleys from 99-2000 took that team spirt in the 01' season, and Royals 2 tilts at promotion were evidence of that. We all feel united at the moment ,players to fans. That goes to the subs as well, we know what they each can bring. Goes a long way. I'm sure Keiron and staff will have identified potential new recruits with this in mind.
