Saw this was deleted by Marcus Harness. Maybe been told he may be off after all?

I saw that last night and thought it was a weird thing to say. Felt like a response to people / fans saying he wouldn’t be here this season….

Pleased for him and thought he did quite well when he came on yesterday, but the harsh reality is that both him and Jack Taylor who came on yesterday were bench options in the Championship and didn't really feature too much, it's tough because on one hand I want them to be given their chance but we can't at this point allow sentiments to get the better of us..

He definitely improved us when he came on, decent pre season as well

The only Muff in Town.
Poll: Lamberts rotational policy has left us....

He was excellent when he came on. He's not going to be a regular but if he can perform like that whenever he comes.on then he should stay. The bigger immediate challenge is if we bring in a few more McKenna has to get it down to 25.

Poll: Who do we think McKenna (not you) will partner Greaves with ?

Excellent is a bit of a push imho

Nothing personal against the guy, because he’s been part of the journey, but he’s not the answer off the bench at this level

Glad he got his moment. It must be special crossing that white line to play in the Premier League - I think we've all dreamt of that. Emotions are high and I think the tweet reflects that.

Perhaps it was his agent's advice to delete it as you never know what may come in the remaining weeks of the window. Hopefully it wasn't due to abuse.

He's had a good preseason. Has his limitations of course, but I do wonder if KM will see him as a useful option off the bench when we're looking to disrupt teams or turn the battle in midfield. Let's see who we get in the door!

He does seem like confidence player to me, at least seeing him whilst with us. And his confidence must be up, as he brought some real energy and drive to us at a time when I thought we were flagging a bit. He was constantly trying to make things happen further up the pitch, which we desperately needed. As it stands I’d be more than happy if he stayed.

Will we be making any more signings? We need impact players from the bench and I sadly think that Harness may be a league above where he needs to be. Would start for a mid table Championship side. If he goes, he goes with my thanks and best wishes.

Poll: New hobby suggestions for NeedhamChris.

He did Marcus things, worked hard and tried to knit things together with those near him, but his lack of pace was exposed really. He looked good in half-paced friendlies, but does not cut the mustard at Premier level. I like him as a player as I think he has worked hard to be as good as he can be, but feel the Prem is a step too far.
Kudos to him. He will always have Premier league player on his CV.

One thing you can always say about Harness, is that whenever we bring him off the bench, he is immediately up to speed in the game, which is a valuable asset. Was exactly the same yesterday, despite the level of opposition and the occasion; worked hard off the ball as usual, and on the ball he was composed and looked to keep it simple (only recall him giving the ball away once) More than happy if he stays too

Poll: My morning poo-poo took 3 flushes to clear. Who do I call?

He’s sent a tweet saying he’s going nowhere. Then deleted it.

his only mistake was not to keep it simple when he had that chance instead of the weird scissor kick thing he did.

but he's alot better than most fans give him credit for I think

Interesting! I genuinely thought he did a great job when he came on. I make him a decent squad player for us at the moment - no he’s not going to be a first team regular, and there will be a drop in standard on the pitch when he comes on.

But - I’m intrigued by your comment about his lack of pace being exposed yesterday. I honestly didn’t notice that watching the game online. When did you notice it?

Poll: Right now, who would you rather have as Prime Minister?
