It's not safe for him to do his job as a constituency MP. He's been told as much by the speaker's office, or someone, or no one. Regardless, the interests of the people of Clacton are best served by visits to the USA. |  | | |

Presumably you're referring to the BBC website article about Reform's actions, linked to earlier in the thread.
It doesn't show a picture of a policeman kicking anyone, it shows someone on the floor with two police officers pointing tasers at them.

He was challenged on this recently. The Speakers Office has said there is absolutely no reason why he shouldn't do surgeries - his response was the speakers office is always right. He wants to do it via zoom, presumably from a
