And quite frankly I’ve fallen in love with Cameron Burgess.

I think he may genuinely be the best defender of all time.

He is certainly hitting a golden patch, but he has quite a history of ITFC defensive legends to compete with. 😁

It's totally impressive that he is keeping Greaves on the bench ATM, but I was delighted to see Greaves' celebrations at the end. There is so much togetherness in this squad. I don't want it to ever end. But it's so hard to keep the entire squad happy!

One thing I’ve really loved about Cam this season is how vocal he’s been. I don’t know that we saw much of that from him over the last few seasons but this season he’s proving to be a real leader and letting everyone know his thoughts

He's a rock.

MOM today, he never fails to give 110%.

He epitomises what we need to stay up in this division.

He was superb.

MOTM though was Cajuste I think. Who is quite simply the best midfielder we’ve had at the club in my lifetime.

Rivalling Barnsley scenes? I joke of course

Didn’t think I could love a defender more than Mark Venus… but Burgess is there man.

Venus maybe 1% ahead for his goal bs Man City away in the cup, Burgess couldn’t do that.

26 years waiting to see us win a premier league game in the flesh and it happens like that.

You can’t script it.

What a moment

Burgess is saving his worldie for Norwich away in the FA Cup quarter final in March.

The boy Cajuste did well again today. How many times did he roll his man and stride forward like a gazelle? I feel like he’s what we thought we might be getting something of in Panutche Camara. Big, strong, eats up the ground, good on the ball. The sort of CM I’ve envied at other clubs that we’ve not had in years. Proper premier league player in terms of physicality and ability. Shame he’s only 60% fit by the look of things, if we can up that by 30% we’ve got a proper player on our hands.

Loved the rolling his man stuff. He's so good at that. But even better, for me were the couple of times where he reached two/three times consecutively further out with his leg to dig the ball out and tackle the player, but didn't foul his man. He is such a clever player. We are lucky to have him.

It’s a bit ridiculous really to think he got MOTM 13 months ago for Napoli in a champions league game against Real Madrid.

Utterly mental how far we’ve come

You clearly were too young to see Douglas then…..

Sorry, Jonathan unnecessary and harsh. Anyway, I’m glad Cajuste had a good game and you had a good day.

Only been to Wolves once. An FA Cup game in the early 90s. We went on the coaches and we’re down the front of one of the side stands. It finished 1-1 but we got done in the replay. I remember the ground as quite smart, but it’s a long time ago. I’ve been to Wolverhampton the place a couple of times since and it struck me as an absolute toilet.

I was wearing a flag around my waist on the way out of Maine Road that night and a City fan with a lighter behind me set fire to it!

I think he's been vocal for a while to be honest. Top pro and brilliant this season.

Tony Dining wants his crown back. And yes, Wolverhampton is a bit of a toilet. It’s another place I’d like to send people who always moan about the state of Ipswich.

What a day, as we discussed pre-game we always had a chance but once Wolves equalised it looked like there was only going to be one winner. And then in injury time we stepped it up.

Not quite Southampton levels of celebration but not far off it. Just such a massive win, especially after last week.
