I'll be at my sisters house tonight 10:21 - Dec 27 with 1639 views | _clive_baker_ | They live in a lovely area on the edge of the Peak district, near Chatsworth house. I'll be heading in to Bakewell shortly for a tart, some golf, followed by a few beers with my brother in law, then back to theirs to watch the game tonight. The only issue I have is he's a big Arsenal supporter. I would love it if we beat them tonight, love it. Given that's unlikely I shall have to smash him at golf and remind him of that every time they score.

Pressure on Arsenal for a result.

Certainly is pressure given they're now 9 behind Liverpool. Starts to look insurmountable when you consider 9 is the total number of points Liverpool have dropped so far. Arsenal won't be able to drop too many points from here on in if they're to win the league. Arsenal would've looked at these Christmas period games as a good chance to take maximum points, so far they've only drawn with Fulham and Everton which wont get you very far in a title race. Not to be defeatist but I just hope we can give them a game, keep it competitive and within a goal and we've always got a chance of getting a result.

I'll be at my sisters house tonight on 11:53 - Dec 27 with 1238 views | Basuco | I went to Bakewell after the Rotherham game that was postponed due to flooding, go for a Bakewell pudding, they are lovely as well, Rotherham away October 2023 seems a long, long time ago now. It still annoys me that locals knew it would be cancelled at Midday as the river Don was very close to bursting it's banks then and heavy rain forecast all afternoon, but was not officially called off until 5 O'clock! Enjoy.
