I hate those ones, as it’s obvious players are drawing contact and I don’t think contact alone should be a foul. But you’re right, 9 times out of 10 they are given. Probably nearer 99/100 if anything. The next fouls he gave Arsenal was for something almost identical. It must be frustrating for the players. |  |

That is extraordinary. I can see why he didnt give a pen, but to award it the other way is simply bizarre. Its not handball if he falls on it accidentally.
