A former colleague took their own life last week. She had just turned 28. No age at all.

This is a small reminder that if you or someone you know is struggling there’s lots of help available

Terrible news. Sorry to hear that Mullers.

I was listening to Alastair Campbell yesterday saying that mental health accounts for 20% of all ill health in the country but has only 10% of all NHS spending.

That needs to change.

Hey now, hey now, don't dream it's over

Sorry to hear about this Mullers.

It is, as you have quite rightly said, terribly sad news.

Hope you are coping having heard about your former colleague. You know we're all here to listen at times like these.

Take care.

The problem surrounding those that take their own life is quite often no one's knows they are in that state of mind. I had a former work colleague and a person related to a relative who took their own lives. The work colleague was a lovely fella who's wife had left him when the kids were young and the saddest part of it was he looked after them whilst growing up and then committed the act. The other guy was a Town fan. Also a nice friendly chap, didn't meet him many times, but he was always happy to talk. My sympathy goes to those close to your former colleagues friends and family. Some of whom no doubt will question whether they could have done more. The answer is probably not.

that's awful.

And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show

Such sad,.sad news. I had a friend take their own life a few years back, and it is such a blow for everyone around them, often because they had no idea things had got so desperately unbearable for their loved one.

I hope you are doing ok, Mullet. Always happy to PM you if you need to talk to anyone.
